Personal Secretary [India]


 

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Secretary to support our Director in managing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of their office. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage the executive's calendar, appointments.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events.
  • Handle and prioritize incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Draft and proofread documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain records, files, and databases in an organized manner.
  • Assist in preparing agendas and taking minutes during meetings.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the executive's workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
