- To lead and drive the Talent Acquisition function for _VOIS Europe Locations ( Romania, Hungary, Albania, Turkey, UK & Ireland)
- To design and deliver talent acquisition strategy in alignment with _VOIS & HR strategy
- Ensure talent acquisition delivery in line with the demand, agreed SLAs and key priorities including superior candidate experience, diversity and so on
- Actively collaborate with HRBPs, HR Operations and Rewards COE to ensure smooth execution of all the talent acquisition processes
- Evaluate best in class recruitment practises and implement continuous improvements into the processes to minimize hiring TAT, cost and maximize quality
- Ensure ongoing market intelligence to support refinement of talent acquisition strategies and plans

Recruitment Strategy & Delivery:
- Decides on the Resourcing Strategy basis the business requirements : Planning, Forecasting, Channel Mix, Process & Guidelines
- Establish, run and improve the end to end recruitment engine, along with HR Ops team who manage the sourcing, scheduling and recruitment administration activities for _VOIS Europe locations
- Drive overall compliance & Governance of Recruitment Process and ensure adherence to the laid down guidelines
- Drives continuous improvement in Resourcing policy, practice and procedures, monitoring and responding to external best practices
- Establish the practise for ongoing gathering of Market Intelligence, which should feed into the resourcing strategy and plans
- Deliver on key hiring KPIs including – TAT, Cost, Candidate Experience, Diversity, etc.
Leadership Hiring:
- Manager hiring for Strategic/ Leadership roles - Sourcing, Interview and overall delivery for Senior Leadership hires
- Proactively create and maintain market mapping for key leadership areas relevant to the organization
Candidate Experience Excellence:
- Ensure best in class candidate experience of the _VOIS Europe locations recruitment process through design and rollout of customized interventions. Special focus to be ensured for the most important hiring channels including:
- Internal Hires - Employee Experience Excellence for colleagues who apply through the Internal Job Postings (IJP).
- Employee Referrals – Priority processing of employee referrals, timely closure and feedback to candidates, towards great candidate experience.
Youth Programs & Branding Initiatives:
- Manage the hiring for Youth Initiatives (Graduate & Discover Trainee programs) from Requisition to onboarding
- Drive Strategy for Resourcing Branding & innovative practices for fulfilment
Stakeholder Management:
- Work with the HR Business Partners to build and deliver on the manpower plans, providing market intelligence and best practices sharing
- Actively manage the working relationship with HR Ops – Sourcing team, who own the sourcing and administration side of the recruitment engine for _VOIS Europe Locations
- Manage relationships with external suppliers to deliver recruitment plans and initiatives
- Actively collaborate with Employee Experience COE towards effective rollout of Employer Branding
With these skills you are a great candidate:
- 15+ years of relevant experience in the areas of Talent Acquisition (experience in Tech industry is preferred)
- Experience of leading TA in a growing organisation with a diverse set of business lines
- Ability to understand the business and service delivery model and define the resourcing strategy
- Data driven approach
- Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, negotiation skills and influencing skills
- Knowledge of Leadership hiring, sourcing, selection, using competency based interviewing techniques and psychometric assessments
