Overall Supply planning for 3rd Party manufacturer function

• Lead overall Planning and Budgeting process through demand planning team to provide timely and accurate inventory and KPI target & budget to related functions.
• Lead overall supply strategy of finished product (3rd party manufacturers) through planning team to achieve the required customer service level, working capital target and other required performance.
• Lead overall supply chain timeline for new product initiative, promotion campaign and new supply sources for 3rd party manufacturer (for SEA market).
• Facilitate Sales and Operation Planning Process of the company with Demand planning team.
• Lead master data in Danone for products under 3rd party manufacturers.

2. Supply planning

• Lead supply planning team in derived demand forecast to planning team and to identify any key issue and required action relate to supply chain team (e.g., capacity, launch timeline, production implication, inventory impact).
• Work with Demand planning team to guide planning team and identify any supply constraint and work for optimum solutions.

3. New product & Marketing activity

• Manage supply chain timeline for all new product and marketing activity project through supply planners to ensure project deliver on time with lowest change over cost (no remaining product stock, minimum write-off and minimize product shortage during transition period).
• Lead supply chain timeline for all Operation initiative projects to improve on cost, efficiency, and inventory improvement. (For SEA market).

4. Organization Capability

• Manage supply chain function at 3rd party to ensure team is capable to support business strategy and business objectives.

• Manage overall supply planning chain business process improvement within function and cross functional to achieve required overall business objectives. About you • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, Business, or related field with mathematic background.

• Master’s degree (Supply Chain, MBA, Economic, Industrial Engineering or related field) is an advantage.
• 3-5 years of experience in various supply chain areas.
• Leadership / Organization development / Strong analytical with commercial mindset.
• Supply Chain technical mastery.
• Good understanding on Trade customer and Consumer Demand.
• Proficient in MS (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).
• SAP system knowledge – R/3(PP, MM, SD), APO, BW.
