Accurately process Flexible Spending Account claims in a timely manner for multiple clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Retrieve and print FSA claims daily
  • Review and verify documentation received for each claim
  • Enter paper claims into Wealthcare Portal system based on processing schedule
  • Process new debit card requests and log correct date on internal spreadsheets
  • Process vendor change reports including, but not limited to, new confirmations, term letters and other changes
  • Process client contribution files
  • Process and mail weekly denial letters
  • Prepare quarterly participant statements
  • Assist during AE
  • Assist call center with general questions
  • Assist with client mailings and incoming/outgoing daily mail as needed
Competencies:
Language Skills- Ability to read, write and interpret documents such as reports, correspondence, multi-level instructions, procedures and requirements and the ability to converse in a way that allows effective transfer of facts, concepts and other information related to the position.
Math Skills- Intermediate mathematical skills required to add, subtract, multiply, divide, work with fractions, decimals, percent and all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals, and ratios as well use a calculator and interpret graphs and tables.
Reasoning Skills- Apply common sense reasoning to carry out simple one or two-step instructions in combination with the ability to deal with standardized situations that involve few variables.
Computer Skills- Proficient knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, Outlook etc. such as MS Office Suite software with Windows operating system, specifically a working knowledge of Excel, ability to toggle through multiple screens/programs to locate information efficiently.
Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience - High School education or GED, 1-2 years administrative experience, Associates degree helpful, previous accounting experience helpful

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan. Salary Pay Range: $17.50 - $23.00
