Position Overview:
We are seeking a CloudOps Graduate Trainee to join our team and contribute to our Operations, Automation development and deployment processes.
As a CloudOps Graduate Trainee, you will work closely with our Ops and Engineering teams to support the operations, deployment, and maintenance of our SaaS applications.

This Graduate Training opportunity will provide you with valuable hands-on experience on SaaS Ops practices and technologies, as well as exposure to the Automation projects in a real-world environment.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in day-to-day tasks and activities related to the assigned department or project.
- Collaborate with the Engineering and Ops teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- 24*7 Shift Availability.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Support the automation of Ops Tasks, deployment, and testing processes.
- Work with the team to monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Contribute to the configuration and management of infrastructure and cloud resources (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Assist in setting up and managing containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Participate in the troubleshooting and resolution of production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and system administrators, to ensure smooth software delivery.
- Research and evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance the SaaSOps workflow.
- Contribute to the documentation of deployment procedures, infrastructure setup, and troubleshooting guides.
Requirements :
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and SaaS Ops principles.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket).
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Exposure to containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly.
