Job Description (Posting).
As a Release and Configuration Manager, will be part of SaaS operating center that is responsible for maintaining and enhancing Avaloq Software. Will be working in the regional test & release management team and will be responsible for building, configuring and deploying different software artifacts in different test, integration and production environments. Involving in Release cutover activities. Involving in UPL, Regular and Hotfix release activities. Interface to the Global Avaloq Release Management. Preparing Definitions of release plan for Avaloq banking products to our internal and external clients in Germany (1.) Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls (2.) Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customer (3.) To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities. (4.) To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards (5.) To ensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents
