Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an all-encompassing educational and counseling plan methods of teaching and mentoring
- Foster equal opportunity practices and encourage students’ participation
- Pay attention to cultural or societal differences in dealing with the students
- Conduct group or individual counseling sessions to assist students with problems or concerns
- Evaluate the progress of students and reinforce the sense of accomplishment
- Involve with Alumni and industrial partner in preparing the students for the job readiness
- Organize student activities or events that will be improve students employability
- Prepare and present reviews on progress
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Counselling or related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail, integrity & professionalism
- Ability to work well in a team and individual
- Fresh graduate is consider for this role
- Registered Counsellor is preferred
