Requirements:
1. Min 3 years of working experience.
2. Minimum Diploma, Degree or any equivalent required and/or.
3. Experience doing research using multiple sources
4. Ability to meet deadlines
5. Experience in customer support is a plus

Responsibility:
Content Writer
1. Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
2. Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media and the company website
3. Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
4. Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies
5. Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability
6. Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
7. Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
8. Identifying customers' needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content
9. Submit work to the customer for input and approval
10. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
Business Development
11. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
12. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
13. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
14. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
15. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
16. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
17. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
18. Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
Personal Assistant
19. Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required
20. Preparing communications on behalf of a manager
21. Organising travel and itineraries
22. Organising and planning meetings
23. Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
24. Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
25. Various ad hoc requests
