Your Responsibilities

If you're a pro at handling payroll, analytical to a fault, and have a keen eye for detail – you're in the right place! As our Senior Payroll and Labour Law Specialist, you will ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing while maintaining a deep understanding of Austrian labor law regulations.


In close collaboration with the Finance and Legal departments, and our external payroll processor, you will seamlessly integrate payroll operations and drive efficiency. You will also identify and resolve complex payroll issues while setting up efficient processes that have a company-wide impact.

What Makes You Special
  • 5 years' experience. You have 5+ years of experience as a payroll specialist or in a similar role.

  • Professional certification. You have completed the "Personalverrechner" certificate in Austria or have equivalent certification.

  • Labor law knowledge. You have in-depth knowledge of Austrian labor law and familiarity with German and US labor law. Experience with Employer of Record (EOR) concepts is a plus.

  • Data-driven mindset. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.

  • Process management skills. You know how to set up efficient processes that have a company-wide impact.

  • Eye for detail. You work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when handling confidential data.

  • Excellent communication skills. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.

  • Collaborative approach. You collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Legal departments.

  • Adaptability. You can adapt quickly to changes in regulations and requirements.

  • Organizational expertise. You can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
