A reputable speciality coffee shop located in Glasthule, Sandycove is currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated individual to fill the role of Full-Time Cafe Assistant Manager. The successful candidate must possess prior managerial experience in a similar speciality coffee shop environment, coupled with proficient barista skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a bustling speciality coffee shop, renowned for its exceptional coffee, food, ice cream, and treats.
- Exhibit expertise in speciality coffee preparation, as it is our primary focus.
- Manage food handling, staff supervision, stock ordering and management, waste control, and till operations.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Display the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Share our passion for delivering high-quality coffee and food.
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
