~ Handling administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, typing, filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
~ Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
~ Coordinate arrangements, meetings and/or conferences as assigned.
~ Take dictation and write correspondence.
~ Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
~ Create and organize information, and generate reference tools for easy use.
~ Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports.
~ Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
~ Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
~ Answer and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, messages and other correspondence.
~ Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
~ Operate and maintain office equipment.
~ Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
~ Professionally greet and receive guests and clients with a positive, helpful attitude.
~ Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
~ Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
~ Performing ad-hoc administrative duties and other duties as assigned.
~ Provide excellent customer service.
