JOB DESCRIPTION:
Tasks:
- Work in an end to end process to load contracts correctly and reflected in our distribution channels in terms of availability, rates & content
- Contribute to the correct flow of the business by providing operational support to all our supplier requests regarding pre-arrival bookings and maintain good relationships with suppliers
- Work with supplier’s assistance (e.g. booking modifications, rejected bookings, check missing info, offline quotations, sales support...) to reduce the impact of issues
- Solve complaints and issues, ensuring effective response to clients claims meet SLA deadlines and feedback is provided to the business in order to develop/improve products and services
- Ensure that supplier’s requests are handled promptly and in a professional manner
Skills needed:
- Minimum of 1 years in a similar role or in related business
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce and Atlas as well as MS Office programs
- Previous experience in customer service or B2B/B2C tourism
- Fluent English written and verbal is a must, other languages are a plus
- Interpersonal skills with great communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changes and attention to detail
